Would you like to return a piece of jewelry or a watch? No problem!

The ordered pieces of jewelry and/or watches must be returned to us complete with packaging, certificates, labels, etc. within 1 month of the order being received. Of course, these items should remain unworn and fully functional. When returning, please note that all items come with a label. Only cut off the label if you want to keep the item. After the label has been removed, an exchange is no longer possible. Personalized items cannot be returned. This includes jewelry that has been engraved or altered according to your specifications.

Please note that the goods must only be returned insured. We can help you in this context.

As a special customer service, we offer you the processing of returns by UPS - the resulting shipping costs will be deducted from the purchase price refund.

Note: DHL, Hermes, Deutsche Post etc. do not insure jewelry and watches. Please inform yourself carefully. We recommend contacting UPS or MBE Mail Boxes ETC.

The customer is responsible for all return costs incurred in connection with returns. Returns remain your responsibility until we have received our goods back and inspected them. For this reason, we recommend that you only send insured and trackable packages. This does not restrict the statutory right of withdrawal and of course has its force.

Almost all returns are processed by us as quickly as possible and then refunded to the account that was originally used to pay.
